Mark Dempsey vs Michael Kenley

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Olympic Park Stadium, Melbourne,  taking place on 08/12/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark Dempsey (30(25) - 2(1)) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Michael Kenley(17(7) - 13(10) - 1) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Dempsey and Kenley weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Waugh, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Elias, James Christou and Gethin Mitchell.
