Ramirez Placido vs Xaverius Montenegro

Boxing Daily Report from the Vinicius Gomes promoted show at Rio de Janeiro Escovedo, Rio de Janeiro,  taking place on 22/11/2040:

Clearly Vinicius Gomes have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Rio de Janeiro Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ramirez Placido (8 - 8 - 1) who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Xaverius Montenegro(8 - 14 - 1) from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  Placido weighed in at 115 pounds, while Montenegro weighed in at 114 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fraco Montano, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Freitas, Eduardo Mato and Rogelio Socia.
