Kyo Toyama vs Mitsuru Muranaka

Boxing Daily Report from the Japan’s Boxing promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 26/11/2040:

Clearly Japan’s Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kyo Toyama (4 - 1 - 1) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Mitsuru Muranaka(15 - 10(2) - 2) from Toyota, Japan.  Both Toyama and Muranaka weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mikio Yasuda, and the three ringside judges are Mikio Tobe, Raiden Okazaki and Kazuki Yamamoto.

Toyama tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand left.

Muranaka is looking to close the distance.  Muranaka sidesteps to the right of his opponent andMuranaka wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Toyama.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
