Evgeny Rusinov vs Lazar Babinski

Boxing Daily Report from the Debrah Promotions promoted show at Irkutsk Wolsky, Irkutsk,  taking place on 02/12/2040:

Clearly Debrah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Irkutsk Oblast Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Evgeny Rusinov (4 - 5 - 6) who hails from Irkutsk, Russia and Lazar Babinski(12 - 16(2) - 3) from Angarsk, Russia.  Rusinov weighed in at 154 pounds, while Babinski weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Georgiy Wolsky, and the three ringside judges are Marlen Chikalkin, Dmitriy Zozulin and Isaak Zenovka.
