Konstantin Kovalik vs Nikolai Elin

Boxing Daily Report from the Ekizyan Promotions promoted show at Khabarovsk Petrovich, Khabarovsk,  taking place on 02/12/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Khabarovsk Krai Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Konstantin Kovalik (33(2) - 4 - 2) who hails from Khabarovsk, Russia and Nikolai Elin(20 - 7 - 1) from Khabarovsk, Russia.  Kovalik weighed in at 200 pounds, while Elin weighed in at 199 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fedar Georgiev, and the three ringside judges are Viktor Kosichkin, Aleksandr Zhukanenko and Yulian Moroz.
