Yutaka Sugimoto vs Naoki Izumi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Kashiwa Kitamura, Kashiwa,  taking place on 03/12/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Chiba Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yutaka Sugimoto (22 - 6(1)) who hails from Ichikawa, Japan and Naoki Izumi(22 - 6 - 2) from Funabashi, Japan.  Both Sugimoto and Izumi weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hajime Hino, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Nomura, Akira Oshita and Jun Shiro.
