Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Gazebo Royale, Quezon City,  taking place on 04/12/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-NCR Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zacarias The Manila Mauler Tandang (68(25) - 12(4) - 2) who hails from Taguig, Philippines and Joaquin Cudiamat(5 - 5 - 2) from Caloocan, Philippines.  Both Tandang and Cudiamat weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Lipat, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Valdes, Alen Cusi and Jacob Maga.  

Round 1: 

Tandang lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Tandang clinches his opponent.  Tandang is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Tandang and breaks the clinch.

Cudiamat throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.

Cudiamat now seems to have his senses back.
