Ivan Devin vs Melor Parshivlyuk

Boxing Daily Report from the Nimoh Promotions promoted show at Komsomolsk Ivanowski, Komsomolsk,  taking place on 02/12/2040:

Clearly Nimoh Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Khabarovsk Krai Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ivan Devin (10 - 24 - 4) who hails from Khabarovsk, Russia and Melor Parshivlyuk(11 - 25(1) - 6) from Khabarovsk, Russia.  Both Devin and Parshivlyuk weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dimi Kramar, and the three ringside judges are Fedar Georgiev, Mikhail Pavlovski and Afon Dedushkin.
