Hideki Hirata vs Daichi Nakajima

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Sunset Station, San Antonio,  taking place on 19/11/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Hideki Hirata (0 - 0) who hails from Higashiosaka, Japan and Daichi Nakajima(21 - 20(2) - 4) from Kawasaki, Japan.  Hirata weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces, while Nakajima weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Faisal Rasul, and the three ringside judges are Angel Lopez, Nick Davis and Floyd Celestino.  

Round 1: 

Hirata tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a jab.  Hirata throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Hirata DETONATES a BRUTAL right uppercut on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE NAKAJIMA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Nakajima almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Hirata tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Hirata lands with a stinging jab.  
Hirata feints a right hook, and then hits home with a hard jab.  
Nakajima is looking to close the distance and manages to force Hirata into the red corner.  Hirata throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Hirata ties up his opponent.  Hirata is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Hirata about fouling.  
Nakajima gets on the inside.  Hirata connects with a stinging right hook.  
Hirata lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Hirata lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Nakajima cuts off the ring, trapping Hirata on the ropes.  Hirata lands with a spiteful jab.  
Hirata is on target with a ramrod jab.  
Nakajima steps inside.  Hirata sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hirata switches the action to the outside and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Nakajima walks Hirata down, trapping him on the ropes.  Hirata lands a jab.  
Nakajima advances into close range.  Hirata quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Hirata throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hirata hits home with a cross.  
Nakajima forces Hirata to retreat onto the ropes.  Hirata lands with a spiteful jab.  Hirata tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hirata switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Hirata senses Nakajima is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Hirata lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, DROPPING NAKAJIMA TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 8.  It looks like Nakajima has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Nakajima's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Nakajima's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Hirata lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND SENDS NAKAJIMA SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  Nakajima recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Nakajima closes the distance.  Hirata lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Nakajima almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Hirata tries to keep the action at long range and hits the target with a hard jab.  
Hirata lands a spiteful jab.  
Hirata switches the action to the outside and lands a spiteful jab.  
Nakajima manouvers Hirata onto the ropes.  Hirata lands a powerful cross.  NAKAJIMA IS HURT!  Nakajima almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Hirata lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND NAKAJIMA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Hirata senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Hirata SLAMS a DESTRUCTIVE left hook into his opponents face.  NAKAJIMA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE NAKAJIMA THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Hirata!
