Greg Cowden vs Matt Costain

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Xcel Energy Center, Saint Paul,  taking place on 12/01/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the North American Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Greg Cowden (18(4) - 2(1)) who hails from Cedar Rapids, USA and Matt Costain(6(2) - 4(2)) from Toronto, Canada.  Cowden weighed in at 168 pounds, while Costain weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Soderberg, and the three ringside judges are James Dapp, Brad Dey and Sam Power.
