Montenegro Villanova vs Gervasio Proano

Boxing Daily Report from the Wonani Promotions promoted show at Guayaquil Civil, Guayaquil,  taking place on 12/12/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Montenegro Villanova (17 - 19(3) - 2) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Gervasio Proano(12(1) - 4) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Villanova and Proano weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Martinez, and the three ringside judges are Ryo Barrantes, Venacio Riquelme and Jax Civil.  

Round 1: 

Villanova advances into close range.  Proano lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.
