John Ruane vs Brett Scott

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit 4.0 promoted show at Melbourne Strang, Melbourne,  taking place on 14/12/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Ruane (23(12) - 2) who hails from Gold Coast, Australia and Brett Scott(4 - 5(1)) from Melbourne, Australia.  Ruane weighed in at 125 pounds And 10 ounces, while Scott weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Waugh, and the three ringside judges are Arran Ritchey, Alastair MacIntyre and Josh Snoddy.  

Round 1: 

Ruane steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
