Ellis Mxoyana vs Cody Witbooi

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing 3.0 promoted show at Soweto Rahman, Soweto,  taking place on 14/12/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ellis Mxoyana (13 - 10(1) - 3) who hails from Mamelodi, South Africa and Cody Witbooi(5 - 6) from Roodepoort, South Africa.  Both Mxoyana and Witbooi weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mahdi Jamin, and the three ringside judges are Tokelo Motupa, John Nzambi and Michael Karabaja.  

Round 1: 

Mxoyana connects with a cross.
