Chris Bankes vs Cristiano Colajanni

Boxing Daily Report from the Fistic Inc promoted show at Blackburn Ice Arena, Blackburn,  taking place on 28/12/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Bankes (23(13) - 3(1)) who hails from Swansea, UK and Cristiano Colajanni(33 - 0) from Verona, Italy.  Both Bankes and Colajanni weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jamie McNabb, and the three ringside judges are Dale Watkins, Bradley Hughes and Dominic Patterson.  

Round 1: 

Colajanni walks Bankes onto the ropes.  Bankes digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Bankes lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bankes tries to step out of his opponents range and strikes his opponents body with a stinging jab.  
Bankes switches the action to the outside and lands with a sharp jab.  
Colajanni is looking to close the distance.  Bankes quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Colajanni wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Bankes dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Colajanni tries to land a jab, but Bankes slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Bankes is on target with a right hook.  
Bankes drives a sharp right hook into Colajanni's body.  
Colajanni quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bankes switches the action to the outside and lands a jab.  
Colajanni hits home with a left uppercut.  
Bankes lands an overhand right, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Bankes lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Colajanni gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Bankes in the corner.  Bankes lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Colajanni quickly recovers. 
Bankes feints a left hook, and then connects with a sharp cross.  
Colajanni gets on the inside.  Bankes quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Bankes is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Bankes lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body, AND COLAJANNI IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  It looks like Colajanni has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Colajanni is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Bankes on the ropes.  Bankes hits home with a left hook.
