Jose Collar vs Joaquin Arcila

Boxing Daily Report from the Eghigian Promotions promoted show at Medellin Milanes, Medellin,  taking place on 19/12/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia-Antioquia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Collar (29 - 25(2) - 2) who hails from Medellin, Colombia and Joaquin Arcila(19 - 9 - 3) from Itagui, Colombia.  Collar weighed in at 146 pounds And 1 ounces, while Arcila weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vidal Lopez, and the three ringside judges are Emilio Lucas, Agapetus Valverde and Santiago Montesano.
