Chase Cade vs Mason Haddad
Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at France-Alsace Gym, Strasbourg, taking place on 22/12/2040: There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show. Next up is the main event of the show. This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Alsace Middleweight title. Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chase Cade (1 - 3(1)) who hails from Strasbourg, France and Mason Haddad(7(5) - 1) from Strasbourg, France. Haddad pivots to the left of his opponent. Haddad lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT! Haddad ties up his opponent. Haddad is using his forearm in the clinch. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Haddad. Cade recovers before his opponent can take advantage. Haddad lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs. Haddad drives a weighty right hook into Cade's body. IT LOOKS LIKE CADE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT! Haddad whips in a hurtful left hook to his opponents body. CADE IS DOWN! He beats the count, getting up at 6. Haddad lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS CADE! He manages to get up at 4. It looks like Cade has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot. Haddad advances into close range and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head. Haddad holds on to his opponent. Haddad is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Haddad tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Cade behind the head. The ref breaks Haddad's hold and signals for the fight to continue. Cade tries to step out of his opponents range. Haddad is on target with a firm cross. Haddad is looking to close the distance. Haddad pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a solid left hook into his opponents body. Cade steps to the outside. Haddad tries to land a jab, but Cade sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut. Haddad drives a right hook into his opponents body. Haddad slams a spiteful left hook into Cade's ribs. IT LOOKS LIKE CADE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT! As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together! The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue. That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Haddad. That has caused slight swelling around the left eye. Haddad senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot. Haddad lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs. He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body. Haddad lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head. Cade steps to the outside. The right shot from Haddad could be enough to force the stoppage! Haddad lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND DROPS CADE! The ref does not give Cade the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped! The winner by TKO is Haddad!
