Michi Sakurai vs Michi Shinohara

Boxing Daily Report from the Soweto Punch Pros promoted show at Fukuoka Dome, Fukuoka,  taking place on 09/03/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WOWOW, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michi Sakurai (15(2) - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Kurume, Japan and Michi Shinohara(3 - 4(1) - 2) from Kitakyushu, Japan.  Sakurai weighed in at 112 pounds, while Shinohara weighed in at 111 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Akira Nishimura, and the three ringside judges are Daichi Okabe, Hisao Kamei and Satoshi Murata.
