Kenzie Porteous vs Dale McPhee

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Bell Centre, Montreal,  taking place on 23/02/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Super Channel, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenzie Porteous (8(5) - 1) who hails from Vaughan, Canada and Dale McPhee(20 - 14(2) - 2) from Detroit, USA.  Porteous weighed in at 160 pounds, while McPhee weighed in at 159 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Smith, and the three ringside judges are Mark Mostyn, Verrier Luna and Neville Bazil.  

Round 1: 

Porteous hits home with a left uppercut.  Porteous holds on to his opponent.  Porteous pushes his forearm into McPhee's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Porteous lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Porteous quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  McPhee throws a left hook, but Porteous clinches his opponent.  Porteous pushes his forearm into McPhee's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Porteous to stop fouling.  
Porteous lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
McPhee steps to the outside.  Porteous lands a solid overhand right.  
Porteous is looking to close the distance and throws a right uppercut, but is not on target.  Porteous holds on to his opponent.  Porteous pushes his forearm into McPhee's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Porteous.  
McPhee steps to the outside.  Porteous lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Porteous lands a jab, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
McPhee throws a left hook, but Porteous clinches his opponent.  Porteous tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits McPhee behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Porteous about fouling.

Porteous forces McPhee to retreat onto the ropes.  McPhee throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Porteous throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Porteous ties up his opponent.  McPhee is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns McPhee and breaks the clinch.  
Porteous walks McPhee down, trapping him in the corner.  Porteous lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Porteous clinches his opponent.  Porteous leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Porteous's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
McPhee is looking to keep his distance.  Porteous lands a stiff jab.  
Porteous gets on the inside and is on target with a right uppercut to McPhee's ribcage.  
Porteous is on target with a left hook to McPhee's liver.  
Porteous steps inside.  Porteous hits home with a stinging right uppercut.  
Porteous lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Porteous holds on to his opponent.  Porteous is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
McPhee sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Porteous drives a solid left hook into McPhee's liver.

McPhee pivots to the right of his opponent.  Porteous hits home with a left hook.  Porteous ties up his opponent.  Porteous throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Porteous.  
McPhee tries to step out of his opponents range.  Porteous feints a jab, but McPhee ignores the feint and is on target with a right hook.  
Porteous gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Porteous connects with a left hook.  Porteous attempts to land a cross, but McPhee sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Porteous sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a solid left hook.
