Carlos Tostado vs Cipriano Briones

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Matamoros Costilla, Matamoros,  taking place on 30/12/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Tostado (13(1) - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Matamoros, Mexico and Cipriano Briones(19 - 14 - 3) from Matamoros, Mexico.  Tostado weighed in at 140 pounds, while Briones weighed in at 139 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Franco, and the three ringside judges are Diego Toro, Alejandro Rebolledo and Angel Albo.
