Boxing Daily Report from the Wicker promoted show at Pretoria Van Jaarsveld, Pretoria,  taking place on 06/01/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mick Verwoerd (27(8) - 18(14) - 2) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Shevon Zakari(9 - 20(7) - 1) from Pretoria, South Africa.  Both Verwoerd and Zakari weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kofi Kpesebaan, and the three ringside judges are John Loulendo, Dillon Strydom and Roos Van der Linde.
