Altan Ates vs Turgay Baydar

Boxing Daily Report from the Nabighyan Promotions promoted show at Adem Pakalin Gym, Izmir,  taking place on 04/01/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Izmir Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Altan Ates (5(1) - 0) who hails from Izmir, Turkey and Turgay Baydar(10 - 10 - 4) from Izmir, Turkey.  Both Ates and Baydar weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adem Sozen, and the three ringside judges are Suleyman Topaloglu, Tunc Sevi and Coskun Tagmach.  

Round 1: 

Ates closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Ates steps inside and is on target with a right hook.
