Kazuhiko Wakabayashi vs Shin Kudo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Tokyo Murayama, Tokyo,  taking place on 30/12/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kazuhiko Wakabayashi (24(9) - 11) who hails from Chofu, Japan and Shin Kudo(5 - 5 - 4) from Tokyo, Japan.  Wakabayashi weighed in at 154 pounds And 8 ounces, while Kudo weighed in at 154 pounds.    As Wakabayashi came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Hitoshi Taira, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Koizumi, Hajime Kibe and Goro Oyama.
