Noah Marn vs Matt Preddy

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Colorado promoted show at The Grizzly Rose, Denver,  taking place on 07/01/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noah Marn (32(18) - 5(3)) who hails from Boise, USA and Matt Preddy(23 - 15(2) - 1) from Denver, USA.  Both Marn and Preddy weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Dingwell, and the three ringside judges are Kyle Melrose, Paul Pollick and Corey Satter.  

Round 1: 

Marn closes the distance.  Preddy pivots to the side of his opponent.  Marn lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Marn lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Preddy lands a cross.  
Marn gets on the inside and attempts to land a right hook, but Preddy blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Preddy tries to keep the action at long range.  Marn lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Preddy is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Marn feints a right, and then lands a jab.  
Marn advances into close range and is on target with a firm right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Preddy is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with an overhand right.  
Marn lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Preddy is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Marn connects with a cross.  
Marn steps inside and digs in a solid left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Marn feints a right hook, and then lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Marn advances into close range and lands a stinging left hook.  
Marn closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, DROPPING PREDDY TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Marn digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Marn manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Marn lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Preddy recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Marn is on target with a firm left uppercut to Preddy's body.  
Marn is on target with a sharp cross.  
Marn lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Marn gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Preddy is on target with a cross.

Marn advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Marn lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Marn wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Preddy dabs at his face checking for damage.

Marn crashes a big left hook to Preddy's body.  DOWN GOES PREDDY!  He manages to get up at 8.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Preddy's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Preddy's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Marn slams a big left uppercut into Preddy's liver.  PREDDY IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Marn steps inside.  Marn sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Marn is on target with a left uppercut to Preddy's body.  
Marn lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, DROPPING PREDDY TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  Marn ties up his opponent.  Marn is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Marn sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Marn lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES PREDDY!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Preddy now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Marn gets on the inside.  Marn sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a solid right hook to Preddy's ribcage.  
Marn pivots to the left of his opponent.  Marn lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Marn ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Marn's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Marn closes the distance and is on target with a sharp left hook to Preddy's ribs.  
Marn feints a jab, but Preddy is not fooled and lands with a left uppercut.  
Marn closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Preddy switches the action to the outside.  Marn connects with a cross.  
Marn advances into close range and drives a stinging right hook into Preddy's body.  
Marn drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Marn lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND SENDS PREDDY TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not give Preddy the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Marn!
