Oscar Bevan vs Pat McNiven

Boxing Daily Report from the Ssali Promotions promoted show at Bury Davies, Bury,  taking place on 17/01/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oscar Bevan (17(2) - 5(1)) who hails from Bolton, UK and Pat McNiven(33(1) - 12 - 1) from Wakefield, UK.  Bevan weighed in at 126 pounds and 11 ounces, while McNiven weighed in at 126 pounds.    As Bevan came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Hayden McPherson, and the three ringside judges are Stephen Kennedy, Andy Creech and Jamie McNabb.
