Malcolm Wynn vs Evan Higgins

Boxing Daily Report from the Leprechaun Promotions promoted show at The Devenish, Belfast,  taking place on 18/01/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Northern Ireland Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malcolm Wynn (9 - 3 - 1) who hails from Londonderry, UK and Evan Higgins(27 - 20(6)) from Bangor, UK.  Both Wynn and Higgins weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James McAfee, and the three ringside judges are Brett Lannon, David Hastie and Eoin McPhee.  

Round 1: 

Higgins lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Higgins closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Higgins is looking to close the distance.  Wynn pivots to the side of his opponent.  Wynn throws a right hook, but Higgins clinches his opponent.  Higgins is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Higgins's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
