Salvador Cordon vs Jose Izquierdo

Boxing Daily Report from the CASA DE CHAKAL promoted show at Nemesio Villarroel Gym, Havana,  taking place on 20/01/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Salvador Cordon (4 - 3 - 3) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Jose Izquierdo(2 - 3 - 3) from Havana, Cuba.  Cordon weighed in at 117 pounds and 13 ounces, while Izquierdo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Limas, and the three ringside judges are Francisco Amaya, Alejandro Maria and Leonardo Allende.
