Marcus Laird vs Mark McCardell

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at Thistle Hotel, Glasgow,  taking place on 28/01/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Scotland Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marcus Laird (3 - 13) who hails from Edinburgh, UK and Mark McCardell(18 - 10 - 2) from Glasgow, UK.  Both Laird and McCardell weighed in at 122 pounds.
