Dmitri Afanasyev vs Melor Tarasov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Rostov Oblast promoted show at Taganrog Smyshlyaev, Taganrog,  taking place on 04/02/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dmitri Afanasyev (31 - 1(1)) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Melor Tarasov(11 - 10(1) - 1) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.  Both Afanasyev and Tarasov weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alik Inkin, and the three ringside judges are Dmitriy Yegerov, Kolya Below and Fedya Torbinski.
