Boxing Daily Report from the Lupyan Promotions promoted show at Shakhty Kozloff, Shakhty,  taking place on 04/02/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Lazarev (12(1) - 0) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Isaak Kireev(7 - 12 - 1) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.
