Jasper Adee vs Minte Van Boxlaer

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at National Stadium, Dublin,  taking place on 21/02/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Setanta Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jasper Adee (3 - 0 - 1) who hails from Drogheda, Ireland and Minte Van Boxlaer(4 - 24 - 3) from Eindhoven, Netherlands.  Both Adee and Van Boxlaer weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leon Mohan, and the three ringside judges are Gareth Byrne, Thomas Burke and Liam Healey.  

Round 1: 

Adee lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Adee steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Van Boxlaer is whaling away with hooks, but Adee keeps his defence tight.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Van Boxlaer has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
