Noel Scheirer vs Sammy Biser

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruler Fighting promoted show at St. Louis Pearce, St. Louis,  taking place on 05/02/2041:

Clearly Ruler Fighting have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Missouri Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noel Scheirer (10(1) - 6) who hails from Independence, USA and Sammy Biser(25 - 20(6) - 1) from St. Louis, USA.  Both Scheirer and Biser weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kris Hogge, and the three ringside judges are Dave Sullivan, George Mulloy and Dan Hertz.
