It looks like Lindsay has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Rayes is on target with a solid right hook to Lindsay's body.  LINDSAY IS HURT!  Rayes clinches his opponent.  Rayes leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Rayes to stop holding.  Lindsay almost instantly recovers. 
Rayes lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND DROPS LINDSAY!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Rayes!
