Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Melbourne,  taking place on 02/03/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Obaid OBEY Akhtar (46(30) - 2) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Robert Ormiston(16(13) - 6(2)) from Adelaide, Australia.  Akhtar weighed in at 159 pounds and 6 ounces, while Ormiston weighed in at 160 pounds.
