John Elliot vs Edward Curran

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-New South Wales promoted show at University of Newcastle Sports Hall, Newcastle,  taking place on 15/02/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia-New South Wales Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Elliot (17(1) - 8 - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Edward Curran(8 - 5 - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Elliot and Curran weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peter Takes, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Gillie, Ricky Christeson and Isaac Ewart.
