Liam Murphy vs Darragh McClure

Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at National Stadium, Dublin,  taking place on 04/03/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Irish Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Liam Murphy (24(15) - 4(2)) who hails from Swords, Ireland and Darragh McClure(23(9) - 4(4)) from Dublin, Ireland.  Murphy weighed in at 175 pounds, while McClure weighed in at 174 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lorcan Coleman, and the three ringside judges are Jason Farrell, Roy Spalding and Sam Mulryan.  

Round 1: 

McClure is looking to close the distance.  Murphy attempts to land a left uppercut, but McClure sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
