Liang Ng vs Bing Sim

Boxing Daily Report from the Quatey Promotions promoted show at Gao Shieh Gym, Kunming,  taking place on 17/02/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Yunnan Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Liang Ng (10 - 8) who hails from Kunming, China and Bing Sim(15 - 9(1) - 3) from Kunming, China.  Ng weighed in at 135 pounds and 9 ounces, while Sim weighed in at 135 pounds.    As Ng came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Yu Auyang, and the three ringside judges are Dewei Sun, Manchu Seto and Yao Ao.  

Round 1: 

Sim lands a left uppercut.  
Ng digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ng is looking to keep his distance and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Ng drives a left hook into Sim's body.  
Sim steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Sim steps inside and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Sim steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Sim gets on the inside and connects with a stinging right hook.

Sim pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Sim dabs at his face checking for damage.
