Rance Etoo vs Alain Belizaire

Boxing Daily Report from the Mulia Promotions promoted show at Maroua Bidjocka, Maroua,  taking place on 18/02/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rance Etoo (12 - 5) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Alain Belizaire(21 - 8(1) - 4) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Both Etoo and Belizaire weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tugdual Njoya, and the three ringside judges are Valentin Bay, Rupert Milla and Montgomery Oulette.
