Richie Onion vs Paul Whetten

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Kingston promoted show at Kingston Blair, Kingston,  taking place on 23/02/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Kingston Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richie Onion (15(1) - 8(1) - 2) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Paul Whetten(6 - 2 - 1) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Onion weighed in at 126 pounds, while Whetten weighed in at 126 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Whetten came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Rob Nivison, and the three ringside judges are John French, John Woodburn and Rob Tedford.
