Justin Evan vs Vince Blackie

Boxing Daily Report from the Soweto Punch Pros promoted show at Riverwalk Stadium, Montgomery,  taking place on 09/02/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Justin Evan (1 - 0) who hails from Ottawa, Canada and Vince Blackie(23 - 22(6) - 5) from Fort Lauderdale, USA.  Both Evan and Blackie weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Ireland, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Denney, Mark Hush and Stephen Glasford.  

Round 1: 

Evan steps inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  Evan clinches his opponent.  Evan is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Evan and breaks the clinch.  
Evan pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a ramrod jab.

Evan pivots from in front of his opponent.  Evan throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Evan holds on to his opponent.  Evan leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Evan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Evan walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Evan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Evan throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the punch.  Evan holds on to his opponent.  Evan leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Evan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Evan sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.

Evan lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Evan is on target with a right hook to Blackie's body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Evan dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Evan switches the action to the outside.  Evan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a stinging overhand right.  
Evan gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Evan holds on to his opponent.  Evan uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Blackie's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Evan about fouling.  
Evan hits home with a left hook.  Evan ties up his opponent.  Evan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Evan sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a solid right uppercut.

Evan closes the distance and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Evan pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into Blackie's body.  
Blackie is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Evan lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.
