Greg Cowden vs Campbell Dujardin

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Orlando City Stadium, Orlando,  taking place on 06/04/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the North American Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Greg Cowden (19(5) - 2(1)) who hails from Cedar Rapids, USA and Campbell Dujardin(11 - 5(3)) from Montreal, Canada.  Both Cowden and Dujardin weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Max Merrick, and the three ringside judges are Paul Corse, Cole Ghant and Xaverius Guerra.  

Round 1: 

Dujardin tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Cowden lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Cowden is looking to close the distance.  Cowden pivots to the right of his opponent.  Dujardin throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Cowden time to recover.
