Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Carolina promoted show at Carolina Gavino, Carolina,  taking place on 05/03/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Puerto Rico-Carolina Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Puerto Rico Sports Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Escovedo (17(1) - 5(3)) who hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico and Leonardo Picado(9 - 6(1) - 3) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Both Escovedo and Picado weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Anzures, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Arena, Oro Palomar and Edmundo Zayas.
