Alec Anania vs Davie Johnston

Boxing Daily Report from the Joe Mama promoted show at University of Newcastle Sports Hall, Newcastle,  taking place on 16/03/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alec Anania (17(8) - 3(1)) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Davie Johnston(22(2) - 17(5) - 5) from Sydney, Australia.  Anania weighed in at 140 pounds, while Johnston weighed in at 139 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Max Ogletree, and the three ringside judges are Peter Takes, Mark Karalis and Antwan Campbell.
