Fizuli Mirjavadov vs Isaak Rusinov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Altai Krai promoted show at Barnaul Tretiakov, Barnaul,  taking place on 02/03/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Fizuli Caucasus Falcon Mirjavadov (6(2) - 0) who hails from Sumqayit, Azerbaijan and Isaak Rusinov(22 - 7(1) - 1) from Moscow, Russia.  Mirjavadov weighed in at 122 pounds, while Rusinov weighed in at 121 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sasha Shapovalov, and the three ringside judges are Sergey Smyslov, Afon Maslow and Valeri Shatov.

Mirjavadov gets on the inside and lands two left hook's to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Mirjavadov throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Mirjavadov is looking to close the distance and lands a sharp left hook.

Mirjavadov closes the distance and digs in a right hook to Rusinov's ribcage.  Mirjavadov throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Mirjavadov gets on the inside and lands a solid right hook.  Mirjavadov holds on to his opponent.  Rusinov pushes his forearm into Mirjavadov's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Rusinov about fouling.  
Rusinov switches the action to the outside.  Mirjavadov connects with a cross.  
Rusinov hits the target with a solid jab.  
Mirjavadov steps inside.  Mirjavadov sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
It looks like Rusinov has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Mirjavadov lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Mirjavadov walks Rusinov onto the ropes.  Rusinov throws a right hook, but Mirjavadov ties up his opponent.  Rusinov is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Mirjavadov pushes his forearm into Rusinov's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mirjavadov.  
Mirjavadov lands a sharp right uppercut.  
Mirjavadov is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Rusinov is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Rusinov manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Rusinov lands a cross.  
Mirjavadov gets on the inside.  Mirjavadov pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mirjavadov lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Mirjavadov manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Rusinov could be stopped here, if Mirjavadov can find the right shot!  Mirjavadov lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body, AND KNOCKS RUSINOV DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Rusinov has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Rusinov's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
