Lloyd Cargill vs Ewan Brattain

Boxing Daily Report from the Skol Promotions promoted show at Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, Auckland,  taking place on 20/03/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lloyd Cargill (27(15) - 3) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Ewan Brattain(26 - 12(5) - 2) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Cargill weighed in at 168 pounds, while Brattain weighed in at 167 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bryan Swineford, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Moffitt, Robert Smillie and Mark Kinzey.

Brattain steps inside.  Cargill pivots to the left of his opponent.  Brattain tries to land a left uppercut, but Cargill slips the shot and counters with a spiteful cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE BRATTAIN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!
