Ulises Luis vs Rico Marques

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Vibra São Paulo, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 25/05/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ulises Luis (16(7) - 0) who hails from Brasilia, Brazil and Rico Marques(12 - 13(2) - 5) from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Luis weighed in at 115 pounds, while Marques weighed in at 114 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Mancia, and the three ringside judges are Xavier Antonio, Santiago Ramos and Gervasio Frederico.  

Round 1: 

Luis advances into close range.  Marques throws a right hook, but Luis clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Luis pushes his forearm into Marques's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Luis.  
Marques switches the action to the outside.  Luis hits home with a solid cross.  
Luis connects with a stinging right uppercut.  
Luis gets on the inside and hits home with a right hook.  Luis clinches his opponent.  Luis is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Luis lands a left hook.  Luis ties up his opponent.  Luis leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Luis lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Luis clinches his opponent.  Luis leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Luis's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Luis walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Luis lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Luis is looking to close the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Luis holds on to his opponent.  Luis throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Luis digs in a solid right hook to Marques's body.  
Luis lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Luis lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Luis lands a sharp cross.  
Marques steps away from his opponent.  Luis is on target with a cross.  
Luis gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  Luis tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Luis advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  Luis ties up his opponent.  Luis tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Marques behind the head. The ref breaks Luis's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Luis lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Luis lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Luis sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Luis hits home with a right hook.  Luis clinches his opponent.  Luis tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Marques's kidney. 
Luis lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Luis lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Luis lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Luis lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Luis lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Luis steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Luis lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Marques quickly recovers.

Luis throws a right uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Luis holds on to his opponent.  Luis is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Marques tries to keep the action at long range.  Luis lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Luis hits home with a right hook.  
Luis digs in a sharp right hook to Marques's ribcage.  
Luis lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Luis sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Marques throws a right hook, but Luis clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Luis pushes his forearm into Marques's face.  The referee warns Luis and breaks the clinch.  
Luis digs in a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Luis digs in a firm right hook to Marques's ribcage.  
Luis gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Marques tries to keep the action at long range.  Luis lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Luis steps inside and is on target with a VICIOUS left hook.  MARQUES IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 8.  Marques now seems to have his senses back.  
Luis hits home with a sharp left uppercut.  
Luis closes the distance and is on target with a right hook to Marques's ribs.  
Luis cuts off the ring, trapping Marques on the ropes.  Luis drives a solid left hook into Marques's ribs.  
Luis lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Marques almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Luis digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Luis digs in a solid right hook to Marques's body.  
Luis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and EXPLODES a CRUSHING left hook into his opponents face.  MARQUES HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  
Luis closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Marques's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.

Luis lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, KNOCKING MARQUES DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  Marques recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Luis advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Luis lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, KNOCKING MARQUES DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Luis!
