Josh Blackstock vs Adam Griff

Boxing Daily Report from the CP Boxing promoted show at Georgetown Magnus, Georgetown,  taking place on 24/03/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guyana-North Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Josh Blackstock (7 - 16(1) - 2) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Adam Griff(6 - 3(1)) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Blackstock weighed in at 108 pounds, while Griff weighed in at 107 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mel Norris, and the three ringside judges are Lee Montgomery, Adam Kinzey and Malcolm Glendinning.  

Round 1: 

Griff voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Blackstock tries to tag Griff on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Blackstock lands a jab.
