Dario Mateos vs Diego Archibeque

Boxing Daily Report from the Miguel promoted show at Rodrigo Olan Gym, Zapopan,  taking place on 28/03/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dario Mateos (3 - 12(1) - 5) who hails from Zapopan, Mexico and Diego Archibeque(6 - 10 - 3) from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Both Mateos and Archibeque weighed in at 111 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Quito Miera, and the three ringside judges are Jeraldo Canada, Quito Miera and Oro Pando.  

Round 1: 

Archibeque manouvers Mateos onto the ropes.  Archibeque connects with a left uppercut.  
Archibeque lands a right hook.  
Archibeque walks his opponent into the red corner.  Archibeque lands a right hook.  
Archibeque sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Mateos voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Archibeque tries to tag Mateos on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mateos's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Mateos's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Mateos's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
