George Murphy vs Ronald MacVicar

Boxing Daily Report from the Fistic Inc promoted show at Meadowcourt Stadium, Doncaster,  taking place on 19/04/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are George Murphy (15(8) - 1) who hails from Huddersfield, UK and Ronald MacVicar(25(1) - 11(8) - 1) from Preston, UK.  Both Murphy and MacVicar weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Paterson, and the three ringside judges are Arran Bogle, Robert McQueen and Fred Ruddock.  

Round 1:

MacVicar is looking to close the distance and walks Murphy down, trapping him on the ropes.  Murphy throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores MacVicar's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
