Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Tamil Nadu promoted show at Hemant Chacko Gym, Chennai,  taking place on 01/04/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Tamil Nadu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Akil Merkondar (1 - 12 - 2) who hails from Chennai, India and Umair Nagi(9 - 15 - 2) from Chennai, India.  Merkondar weighed in at 140 pounds, while Nagi weighed in at 139 pounds And 8 ounces.
