Enzo Seggay vs Eloy Rozas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Guanlao, Cebu City,  taking place on 02/04/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Enzo Seggay (23 - 6(1) - 1) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Eloy Rozas(31 - 14(2)) from Cebu City, Philippines.
